We operate on a pre-order basis to ensure maximum freshness and the longest possible shelf life.
1. Submit a Wholesale Application
Please complete the wholesale application below. We review each application individually based on product fit, expected demand, business readiness, and alignment with our wholesale program. If we believe we can meet your needs, we will contact you with recommended products, availability, and pricing.
2. Secure Invoice via Shopify
Approved wholesale customers will receive an invoice via Shopify. First-time wholesale orders must be paid via ACH or Zelle. Credit card payments are not accepted for initial wholesale transactions. Please note that wholesale pricing may fluctuate based on current currency exchange rates and international logistics costs.
3. Weekly Order Cycle
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be included in our consolidated weekly shipment. We place bulk orders directly to Japan every Monday.
4. Estimated Lead Time to U.S. Hub
To guarantee maximum freshness, all products are shipped directly from Japan. Upon arrival, U.S. Customs clearance typically takes just 2 to 4 business days, keeping total transit times to a minimum.

Products are sourced directly from Japan and shipped to our Los Angeles hub before final delivery via UPS Ground. -
LunaMatcha Signature Series (Organic) (Approx. 2.5 - 3 Weeks + Domestic Shipping)
Made to order in Kagoshima to ensure maximum freshness. Production and organic export certification typically require approximately 2.5 to 3 weeks before arrival at our Los Angeles hub. Certified organic products require additional export documentation and certification verification compared to non-organic products.
5. Final Delivery
Once your order arrives at our Los Angeles hub, it will be immediately dispatched to your verified business address via UPS Ground. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. Domestic delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on destination.
Pricing (DDP)
All listed rates include import duties and customs fees. Domestic UPS Ground shipping from Los Angeles is calculated separately.
Packaging
Standard wholesale packaging is 1kg bags.
A 100g bags Pre-Order option is also available. Pricing follows our regular retail pricing, but Pre-Orders allow you to reserve inventory even when items are temporarily out of stock.
Payment Terms
First-time wholesale orders must be paid via ACH or Zelle. Credit card payments are not accepted for initial wholesale transactions. Additional payment options may become available after an established business relationship has been developed.
Final Sale
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted to the factory in Japan.
Application & Account Setup
Submitting an application does not guarantee wholesale account approval. We may only respond to businesses that appear to be a strong fit for our products and current wholesale capacity. A completed W-9 form, EIN / Tax ID, and additional business verification may be required before account approval.
Lead Times & Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates only. LunaMatcha is not responsible for business losses or damages resulting from delays outside our control, including: international shipping delays, customs inspections, public holidays, certification requirements, or carrier disruptions. We strongly recommend ordering in advance to maintain inventory levels.
Damaged Goods
Claims regarding shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Wholesale Account Verification
Luna Matcha reserves the right to request additional business verification documents prior to order approval. Orders will only be shipped to verified business addresses or approved delivery locations.
Our wholesale program is available to qualified U.S. cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and food-service businesses. We do not offer OEM, private label, or resale accounts.
- U.S. businesses only. We do not currently ship wholesale orders internationally.
- Selective review. Due to product availability and limited wholesale capacity, we may only respond when we believe our products can meet the applicant's business needs.
- No free samples. Trial purchase options may be available depending on the product and account review.
- First order payment. Approved first-time wholesale orders must be paid by ACH or Zelle.
