Created with Hiroyuki Mori, Umami Burst brings together organically grown, shade-grown leaves from multiple farms across Kagoshima, primarily in the Kirishima area.

Only first-harvest leaves go into this blend. Mori’s craft lies in bringing their individual qualities together into Umami Burst’s distinctive balance of umami, sweetness, and smooth texture.
