Enjoying Your Gyokuro
Use cooled water rather than boiling water to explore gyokuro’s distinctive umami. For a concentrated preparation, use a small amount of water and make sure the leaves are in contact with it.

Storage & Care
Keep the tea tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and strong odors.
Wash the teapot before first use. Clean with mild dish soap and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive scrubbers. Dishwasher safe—keep away from heating elements and hot-air outlets. Do not use on a stovetop or over an open flame.
