Why These Tools Matter

Simple Preparation
Sift approximately 2g of matcha into a wide bowl.
Add 2–3 oz of water at approximately 160–175°F.
Whisk quickly in a “W” motion until a fine foam forms.
Enjoy as usucha or add milk for a matcha latte.
One 40g can makes approximately 20 servings when prepared with 2g of matcha.
