Why These Tools Matter
The sifter helps remove clumps for a smoother texture, while the 100-prong bamboo whisk creates a fine, creamy froth. After use, place the rinsed whisk on the ceramic stand to help maintain its shape and allow it to dry properly.
Simple Preparation
- Sift approximately 2g of matcha into a wide bowl.
- Add 2–3 oz of water at approximately 160–175°F.
- Whisk quickly in a “W” motion until a fine foam forms.
- Enjoy as usucha or add milk for a matcha latte.
One 30g can makes approximately 15 servings when prepared with 2g of matcha.
